We were delighted to work with Jim Crowley Butchers to create an eye-catching website, focusing heavily on striking imagery and bold graphics. This family butcher based in Cork has provided the local community with the highest quality meat and sundries for over 20 years. They decided it was time to maximise its online presence with a responsive e-commerce website and engaged EBCD due to our excellent record.
The website aims to provide customers with a quick and easy platform to order fresh and local goods produced to the highest possible standard while supporting small farmers and local food producers around the local community in Cork.
Using our design and technology skills, we created an e-commerce platform, perfect even for beginner web users to navigate. The black background and vivid images make their butcher counter offerings look as delicious as they are in real life. We created a responsive platform for all users, visible on desktop, mobile and tablets.
The Butcher Counter tab has simple navigation, suitable for web users of all skill sets. It contains a filter so customers can easily navigate to the items they wish to buy, saving them time and enhancing the customer experience. We included eye-catching ‘special offers’ tabs to encourage visitors to take advantage of great value and maximise their spending.
We incorporated a login page where customers can check their previous orders, wish lists, recurring payments, and view their rewards points. We wanted to keep things personal and included a selection of pictures of the team, giving the business a face and encouraging repeat business. We also linked a live feed to the butcher’s social media and an interactive map for ease of use.
